Hotel a Russell Springs

“Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was relatively clean. Pillows on bed were basically throw pillows. Very uncomfortable. Shower handle was very loose so shower was either red hot or cold.... middle was not an option. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.”

“Room had a strong chemical smell and the bathroom floor was so dirty, our bed was really hard. Other than that it was an ok stay.”

“Definitely a nice stay Best pillows And the lady at check in went above and beyond Only down side was the hot tub has been filled in so I was a bit let down on that . But over all great stay and great office staff”

“The hotel room was clean but the fitness facility was dated and several things were not operational. The breakfast had limited items. This place could be better for the price paid.”

“They charged 5$ for a wash cloth that was dirty due too me wiping my feet off because of dirty floor, the room next door to me had a dog that barked all night keeping me up. Also when called said they had a out door pool .. it wasn't even filled up. This was a horrible stay . The cops was called to a room up stairs they had to pull there guns .. felt unsafe being there. .”

“I assumed every hotel in the United States at least had some kind of small continental breakfast. Everything was for a fee. With a hotel being $170 a night, you would think there would be something…”
